It’s time to Celebrate Earth Day with our favourite game – Minecraft!
Climate issues on Earth are going to require some creative solutions, so it’s time for students to key into their imaginations and build some solutions in Minecraft.
Whether you’re using ROM’s brand new Sustainable Style world, or just playing along in a creative Minecraft world, ROM Educators Sarah and Julie will guide your students through virtual gallery tours and real museum objects to take a look at climate challenges facing the world today, and also some real examples of climate solutions that are being created around the world. Then, we’ll use our redstone, command block, and coding skills to bring these solutions to life in Minecraft.
Can’t attend live? No problem! In this special YouTube Live Format, you’ll be able to pause and play the lesson to go at the pace that’s right for your students. If you can't attend live, you can still follow along with the recording through the links you’ll receive when you book.
